We can all agree that the last few years have had an effect on our stress levels and on our bodies. Living in a state of uncertainty or change does put stress on the body and incorporating a Mindfulness meditation practice is something that can bring us back to the present. Giving us an awareness of where our body, emotions or thoughts are at and helping us to calm down. In this episode Bec works through a simple practice offering some tools that can help bring back awareness and help you feel balanced in the present moment.
